shipping policy
We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days of receiving them.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see this email in your inbox.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather
or natural disasters. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated on the status of your shipment.
returns
We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or a refund within 30 days of receipt of your product.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping and handling costs are subtracted from the refund, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. If a product does arrive damaged, please send us some pics so we can see what happened.
If a discount was applied at purchase, that discount will be proportionally applied to the refund or credit. Gift cards and international purchases are not eligible for returns. If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honored if requested within 30 days of the original purchase and refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit only.
Please allow 1 week from receipt of your return for the refund to be applied to your original form of payment.

cancelling an order
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or changed but may be returned for a replacement or refund per our return and exchanges policies. To speak with our Customer Care team about canceling or changing an order that's already been placed, please email us atinfo@napahomeandgarden.com. We strive to answer all email inquiries within 2 business days.
